Three generations

Not much been happening the last week. Easter break - out and about, visiting friends, painting. Finished the Arbus biography - dark stuff. "A compassionate renegade or an exploitative narcissist of decadent elegance" Michael Kimmelman, NY Times - you decide! In her own words "I really believe there are things which nobody would see unless I photographed them." A fitting epitaph I would suggest.

    I do like this shot - I saw it on Flickr yesterday :-) I also like the Arbus quote: a fitting epitaph indeed and a fine summary of why some photographers (self included) do what they do.

    Spring lamb heads for the pot at about 6 months, otherwise it stays 'lamb' until 9 to 12 months. After that it's mutton.

    Nice shot by the way.
